14-Day Strong Bones Challenge

Rebuild your bones. Reclaim your strength.
A 14-day movement plan designed specifically for women over 50. Ten to twenty minutes a day. Every session sends your bones the signals they need to rebuild.

The challenge

Two weeks of movement designed around the science of how bone actually rebuilds.

Each day is built around the three types of movement that research shows your bones respond to best. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll experience across the two weeks.

Strength
(Lower Body Power)

Squats, lunges, glute bridges, and calf raises to build the muscle that wraps around and protects your most vulnerable bones.

Jump Training
(Bone-Loading Impact)

The session that most directly tells your bones to build. Heel drops to jumps, every level sends a signal to your hip and spinal bone cells.

Balance
(Fall Prevention)

Falls cause more fractures than brittle bones alone. Today we train the nervous system to keep you steady, strong, and safe.

Mobility & Recovery
(Rebuild Days)

Recovery is not rest, it is when your body does the actual rebuilding. Fascia, flexibility, and full-body ease.

HIIT
(Short & Sharp)

High-intensity intervals that challenge your heart and send a strong signal to both your bone and muscle cells simultaneously.

Active Recovery
(Walk & Reset)

Walking is one of the most underestimated bone-supporting activities there is, such as weight-bearing, rhythmic, and deeply regulating.

FROM SCHELLEA

At 58, I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis.

I exercised regularly. I ate well. I felt genuinely strong and capable, right up until the morning I received my DEXA scan results.

That is the thing about osteoporosis. It is a silent condition. No pain. No symptoms. Just quiet change happening from the inside, until a scan or a fracture reveals what has been building for years.

I made a decision. I was going to understand my body properly and rebuild from the inside out. One year later, my second DEXA scan showed something that shocked me in the best possible way.

Bone density improvement
At age 59, after a diagnosis of severe osteoporosis, my body was rebuilding bone.

Why This Challenge Works

Movement is the message

Your bones respond to load at any age. Every session in this challenge sends a direct signal to your bone-building cells to get to work.

Built on what worked for me

This challenge is based on exactly what I did across those 12 months, the training framework, the exercise types, and the progressive approach that produced real results.

A diagnosis is not a verdict

It is information. And information gives you power. Whatever your T-score, whatever your starting point, this is where you begin.

What Women Are Saying

I loved how simple and easy the 14-Day Strong Bones Challenge was to follow, and it helped me feel stronger and steadier without feeling overwhelmed. In just two weeks, I felt more confident in my body and more motivated to keep moving so I can take better care of my bones.
