Movement for Longevity
Fabulous50s is a fitness and wellness community for women in their 50s, 60s and beyond, built on the Fabulous50s Longevity Protocol™ and one belief, which is movement is the most powerful tool we have for a longer, stronger, more joyful life.
We can’t change our age. We can change how we age.
Every day, women in more than 140 countries press play in their living rooms, rebuilding strength and energy one workout at a time. Over two million of them found their starting point on our YouTube channel
Fabulous50s is built around the Fabulous50s Longevity Protocol™, created by Schellea Fowler, a certified Human Performance Coach who specialises in exercise, brain health, and longevity for women over 50. Free home workouts, structured programs, mindset tools, style guidance, all in one place.
Every workout is built around what the research actually says about how the female body changes after 50. The goal is not short-term results. It is long-term strength, independence, and vitality.

Schellea Fowler is a certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and human performance coach who specialises in exercise, longevity, menopause, and brain health in women over 50. She is the founder of Fabulous50s and the creator of the Fabulous50s Vitality App.
Fabulous50s is a fitness and lifestyle platform for women over 50, built around the Fabulous50s Longevity Protocol™, a five-pillar methodology of Strength, Cardio, Mobility, Balance, and Power. The aim is to help women stay active, confident, and full of energy in a way that feels kind and realistic.
The Fabulous50s Longevity Protocol™ is Schellea’s exercise-prescribed methodology for healthy ageing, built around the Fabulous50s Five Pillars of Longevity™: Strength, Cardio, Mobility, Balance, and Power. Together, these forms of movement help women stay strong, capable, confident, and independent as they age. Around the five pillars sit four supporting elements that make the protocol sustainable: Nutrition, Brain Training, Recovery, and Community. You can start with just 10 minutes a day, with the exact daily structure inside the Fabulous50s Vitality App.
Fabulous50s programs are designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence without high-impact moves. They use light weights, bodyweight, and gentle cardio so you can follow along at home, even if you are a beginner or restarting after a long break.
Most guidelines recommend a mix of cardio, strength, and balance work for adults, including older adults.
Fabulous50s workouts combine these elements into short sessions:
Midlife belly fat is affected by hormones, stress, sleep, and diet. Workouts that combine low-impact cardio and strength training, especially for the core and larger muscle groups, can help support a healthy weight and waistline as part of a wider lifestyle approach. Fabulous50s offers specific belly-fat-focused routines for women over 50 to support this goal.
Yes. Fabulous50s offers challenges and programs that focus on gentle movement, balanced nutrition, and nervous system calm for women in perimenopause and menopause. These plans are designed to reduce stress, support mood, and help you move comfortably while hormones are shifting.

These habits are in line with healthy aging advice from major health organisations, which highlight regular physical activity, a nutritious diet, and social engagement as key pillars of well-being in later life.
