Who is Schellea Fowler

Schellea Fowler is a certified Human Performance and Neuro Athletics Coach, the founder of Fabulous50s and the Fabulous50s Vitality App, and a leading voice in movement, brain health, and longevity for women over 50.

After retiring at 50 in 2016, Schellea retrained with some of the world’s leading researchers in human performance and exercise science. She built Fabulous50s to share what she learned and what changed everything for her.

Her videos reach women in more than 140 countries. Her lived experience as a wife, mother of three sons, business owner, and a woman who rebuilt herself in midlife shapes everything she teaches.
