Can you make a video on what older women can wear in the hot summer months? I know that many of us out there do not feel comfortable in shorts of any length nor do we want to wear long pants. HELP!!!

I first joined in your workouts last winter when the weather was to icy to walk. I kept them up and found my cardio improving. Moved on to your harder videos and eventually to the one with your daughter-in-law. Unfortunately, I over did it and had to take a break. In May 2022 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a single mastectomy in July. My rehab has finished and now the weather is icy again and here I am back again, loving your sunny disposition and encouragement. I am modifying a bit, but still able to keep up. Your workouts really motivate me to keep at it. Thanks!
