Welcome to Your Power Training Journey
Strength is how much force your muscles can produce. Power is how fast they can produce it. You can be strong and still lack power, which is why reaction time often fades before strength ever does.

What Women Are Saying
"I never realised how much I needed power training until I started doing Schellea’s workout. I’m over 50, and I used to think quick movements were no longer for me, but this made me feel strong, capable, and confident again. The exercises were easy to follow, gentle on my body, and I could feel my balance, energy, and strength improving. Schellea explains everything so clearly and makes you feel safe while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. I finished the workout feeling younger, more powerful, and proud of what my body can still do."
