Started with your daily stretches started to feel great ???? then saw you were starting a 14 day challenge and decided to start it , feeling amazing, motivated , full of energy change of body shape. Love this challenge! Today I’m choosing exercises from the list. So far 2 of high intensity. Now I’m thinking of doing a total of 20 minutes of stretching. This is something I feel I don’t do enough of. Today is that day to do it! Thank you for all your wonderful exercises!
