  2. Only discovered your workouts 2 weeks ago but I love them. There isn’t enough out there for over 50’s who still want to keep fit but we don’t have the bodies we did at 20 to do many of the classes available

  3. Hi Schellea ,I started to train and discovered you I think it was January or February I was in Vancouver to past 6 months ..(snowbird) away from the cold of Canada ???????? so I needed to do something because we usually go to florida☀️,and because of the Covid EVRYTHING was closed .
    So I started to train with you and just loved it and STILL TRiAINING ???????????????????? . I do think I did them all or almost and more then once ????now I’m redoing my playlist …….this is the big question ???? ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE NEW PLAYLIST I do hope so cause you are SO GOOD FABULOUS BEAUTIFUL and give us a lot of courage and hope for us lady’s over 50s
