My only criticism is that I cannot move as fast as you. It takes me longer to transition from one position to another due to back/ knee issues. I would like it if you would give some direction / instruction about the next move before beginning it so we know what to do before starting. I know that it would make the video longer but it becomes “stressful” trying to keep up and that’s the opposite of the whole point of the video.

Love these exercises it’s become part of my daily routine after doing 6 weeks of chair exercises due to a broken bone in my foot it was so nice to get back to walking exercises so happy I found Schellea videos she is amazing
