    I have very bad fybromialgia and osteoarthritis.
    I have been doing your exercises since May.
    I cannot take any medications because I don’t tolerate them. I told my doctor about your channel and you. She took some notes because she wants to tell other patients about it. When I need a rest day I don’t feel guilty anymore. Everything that you talk about helps me to eat better, be better towards myself, not put myself down. THANK YOU SCHELLEA
