I am definitely over 50 (I’m 74) and your workouts are fun and doable! I have been walking 6 days a week for 2 years and just added 3 of your workout routines. You make it fun! I also enjoy the music you have chosen. Looking forward to doing more of your videos as I build muscle and strength.
