I am 55 and was struggling with menopause during covid and my joint pain. I came upon your videos and do them at work. The strech, the posture, the knee. All 3. Monday through friday. And jogging on the weekends. I feel less anxiety and depression. Very helpful!!!

At 74 years old, still using these videos after a year and a half. I think the way they are set up in 30-60 second intervals makes them easy to use and the time flies!! Schella is wonderful and very encouraging.

im still doing the workouts, once you get started the time flies, trying to reach one a day, i was doing them every second day, however it gets easier by the day and great for balance.
