Thanks. You are an inspiration to me. I have also struggled with my middle section. In January of 2020 I started doing your exercises. I do @ one hour each morning. I can’t wait to get out of bed at 6 am to get started. I gave up soda, bread and cut my pasta in half. I have lost 40 lbs. I feel so amazing. I can sleep with out my legs Aching. I can run and play with my grandkids. Because of you and Fabulous 50s. I am new. I love it. ????
