  1. Thanks. You are an inspiration to me. I have also struggled with my middle section. In January of 2020 I started doing your exercises. I do @ one hour each morning. I can’t wait to get out of bed at 6 am to get started. I gave up soda, bread and cut my pasta in half. I have lost 40 lbs. I feel so amazing. I can sleep with out my legs Aching. I can run and play with my grandkids. Because of you and Fabulous 50s. I am new. I love it. ????

  2. I have three sons. Jamie and his wonderful wife Melissa and granddaughter Finley. Son Zach he’s not married. Son Travis and his amazing wife Courtney and Grandsons Connor and Easton. They are my world. I love my life. I love who I am. Because I am new. ????
