Hi there please excuse my ignorance but what size weights should I start with and do I increase the weights going forward?
Hi Antoinette! I like to start at 1- or 2-pound dumbbells for people who have never worked out before, then move up to 5 or 10 pounds if you’re someone that is used to lifting weights. Stay strong and fabulous ❤️
This was my first time; I haven’t done weights in years. This was perfect and I feel good getting back into it.
Yay! Go Michelle. Very well done 🙌 Keep up the great work 💪❤️
