yes very doable and quick though I struggled. that’s okay, I know my arms need work. I love your exercises 🙂 I’m 62 but doing what I can to become stronger.

Hi there please excuse my ignorance but what size weights should I start with and do I increase the weights going forward?
Hi Antoinette! I like to start at 1- or 2-pound dumbbells for people who have never worked out before, then move up to 5 or 10 pounds if you’re someone that is used to lifting weights. Stay strong and fabulous ❤️
