This Exercise Claims To Predict When You Will Die! So if you want to live longer, take the sit resting test to determine how many points your current level of fitness scores. If you score low and not able to preform this exercise with ease, you’re chances of dying early and greatly increased. So the test says?

The test results are based on the work of Dr Claudio Gil Araújo, a Brazilian physician and researcher. He found that Participants with scores below 8 had mortality rates 2 to 5 times higher than those with scores ranging from 8-10. The authors noted: “a 1-point increment in the [sitting-rising] score was related to a 21% reduction in mortality.”
