Great 30 minute workout to break up my work day.
Your link to the usual one mile full body workout isn’t working anymore! I’m lost without it. I’ll try doing the shorter ones twice, if they work. Please fix. I’ve never had trouble before.
The walking workout was just what I needed. Cant wait until tomorrow!
