Thank you so much for all that you do for women., I will be turning 74, obviously a little older than 50,. But age is just a number. I have been doing your workouts and following you for years, and love al the information you provide. I have had my medical issues, but that is not going to hold me down. I’m very active, and some days are a little tougher, but I push through, I walk about 8km per day and include your workouts as a completion to my day. Once again thank you for your inspiration.
