I invite you to join me for the fabulous50s SUMMER BODY 14 day challenge starting on the 31ST MAY 2020! Suitable for beginners, seniors and if you are unfit, this is for you too. The indoor workouts are Low impact and perfect for women over 50. Everything you need to know is explained in this video. Questions about how to access the Summer Body 14 day challenge, when to start, is it suitable for your level of fitness and what results can I expect??? Over the next 14 days you will burn fat, lose weight, tone your muscles and increase your level of fitness and most importantly you will feel really, really good. *Includes fitness over 50 before and after photos*

    I started them 27th September 2020 and have not missed a day.
    Was my 67th birthday ????
    Always aim for 30mins plus

    Our workout schedule and I am enjoying them so much. Before I retired I exercised religiously but since retirement I have been an utter slug, go figure too much time on my hands, I suppose!

    Absolutely loved it from Day 1 and rarely miss a day!!
