  4. Hi Schellea,

    I am 73 and have done weight exercises for years. Not sure what happened, but my arms have become creepy won’t accept the correct word. Yes, I have bat wings, but this is different my arms have folds of skin that suddenly appeared. I have been working on your arm videos, but is there something more specific for this particular aging problem?
