Great exercise first time doing 30 mins. Started with 15 mins. Not bad for an oldie.
Love your workouts! Have recommended them to friends, and they love them, too. We are all nearly 70. Feels so good to be losing weight, becoming much more flexible, and feeling energized and stronger!
