  1. I love your workouts, but am having a problem loading the mos recent additions. Did you change the format by chance? Any idea why this is happening?

  2. Love your workouts! Have recommended them to friends, and they love them, too. We are all nearly 70. Feels so good to be losing weight, becoming much more flexible, and feeling energized and stronger!
