  1. I was sitting at my desk & feeling disappointed that I hadnt made time for any exercise this morning. I click on your site. Scroll down the Fitness videos & here it is… Lose Belly Fat Sitting Down | 5 Minute AB WORKOUT for women over 50!
    It was like you & I were together & you knew exactly what I needed & what I was thinking. even down to the music choice. I was obsessed with Spandau Ballet. I bought the Gold album that this song is from. It was gold vinyl. At 15 & forced to leave home. This band was one of my go to comfort & class soundtracks. Now thanks to you I am revisiting this as a confident 53 year old who feels like she is getting her mojo back. Along with a flatter tummy, strong abs & I am loving my arms response to some of your other 5 minute workouts. This seriously works. I am also about to get started on my Broccoli Sprout growing journey & have lemons & applecidar vinegar at the ready.
    Thank you Shellea. You are amazing & now I am starting to feel it too.
