Love this new balancing exercise, my balance is good, this is a challenge enjoyed doing, thank you x
My balance is an issue – this was hard for me. Wish I did this routine. 10 years ago!
Love this the hardest one is with the eyes closed but I do it pretty well
These were so hard for me! I need to get more in shape. Going to keep trying to see how far I can go.
Loved the music. Who were the singers?
❤️loved the balance but I definitely found the eyes closed the hardest! Really enjoying your workouts though, thank you so much????
Still wobbly … ha ha ha But each day is a new one!
Some I could do but closing my eyes was hard – I love your cat would have missed her playing with the ball 🙂
Loved these exercises. Wish the video was longer. Maybe another longer, more challenging video is on the horizon? 🙂
I am so glad you enjoyed these balance exercises Barbara! I hope this interests you as well… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhHGxYzcBY0 ❤️????
I found this a challenge. Had to hold on for all except the leg to side and back. That was easy, because i touch the floor with my toes. Turning the head was the hardest. I am backing up to just balancing without moving my head.
I love the five minute workouts. I can find the time and motivation for them easier than for longer workouts. You are my favorite online exercise guide because your workouts are always a challenge but doable. And your instruction is always pleasant and uplifting. Keep it up, especially the 5 minute workouts!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this Patricia! You should be so proud of yourself for all of the hard work you’re putting in. Stay strong and fabulous ????❤️
