I loved your 15 min seated lose Belly Fat exercises, but now I can’t find it. The one I find is labelled the one I want, but is 10 mins, lieing on the floor or sitting on the floor which I find very difficult. Please can we have the 15 minute seated exercise back?
I enjoyed this for my extended day of setting. It rejuvenates!
I was totally surprised by the workout I got sitting! It was challenging but very doable, and I already know I’ll see results!
