I loved your 15 min seated lose Belly Fat exercises, but now I can’t find it. The one I find is labelled the one I want, but is 10 mins, lieing on the floor or sitting on the floor which I find very difficult. Please can we have the 15 minute seated exercise back?

You and your amazing 15 minute sit down routine helped me so much during lockdown when I could no longer attend physio for my knees.
