Loved the 5 minute walk, as with all the exercises, thank you so much for designing achievable exercise.
All the short workouts are great! Easy to squeeze in a few throughout the day. I love your encouraging and happy style. I’m happy that I found you! ????
Great and easy to do.
Shellea I have been following your exercise routine for months now after an illness and you really contributed a necessary means to my recovery. Without you, I cannot imagine how I would have been so compromised in my recovery. I have completed the 14 day challenge twice and do your exercises at the start of my day for about 50 minutes. Your manner is charming and the exercises “doable”. I appreciate you so very much.
Loving all the different workouts… so nice to be able to do the exercises with a bad back.. I have been doing them for a couple of months now, and with better eating habits – down about 11 lbs and about 10 to go…. thanks for being there for us.
Hi Shellea,
You are a beatiful lady in every way. So kind of you to create these videos for women over 50.
I love all your workouts and your advice about cooking and beauty. Your workouts are very versatile and not boring. I prefer the standing up versions as I cannot do a lot of floor exercises yet.
I am feeling much better and thank you for all you do fo women over 50 like me. Great initiative.

Hello Shellea
Really enjoyed this workout. Am actually feeling the benefit of doing your workouts. As they are for over 50’s could I suggest 60’s and 70’s music to accompany the workouts? Appreciate your encouragement as well.
I love your videos! I just found you and have been doing them for a week now. And it’s something I can do!! Thank you
WooHoo! You are awesome Beth! Keep up the amazing work ????????
