I disliked the 5 minute arm challenge but in a good way! Felt the burn big time! I had to quickly put arms down for a second or so but got right back into it. Hoping I can do without putting them down next time! Thanks for all your wonderful tips and videos!

Yes that set is a fat burner. I just kept listening to the unusual music.
