  2. I disliked the 5 minute arm challenge but in a good way! Felt the burn big time! I had to quickly put arms down for a second or so but got right back into it. Hoping I can do without putting them down next time! Thanks for all your wonderful tips and videos!

    I am in UK and have broken my ankle….doing your arm exercises and standing ab exercises sitting down as can’t weight bear! Already seeing changes 3 weeks in.
