Fitness Level;

This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels. If you are an absolute beginner working out, you will be provided with low-impact, doable options for the exercises that may be a little more challenging for you. The goal of doing this 14-day challenge is to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

* This workout is gentle on the knees, back and neck. We have a few floor exercise routines that are very doable for those with limited range of motion.

After retiring at 50 in 2016, Schellea’s commitment to continuous growth led her to pursue additional qualifications. A qualified fitness instructor, she is presently continuing her master trainer program, specializing in exercise for older adults. Through Fabulous50s, Schellea remains devoted to her vision of empowering and inspiring women to embrace and celebrate their current stage of life.
