Let me tell you, that I am 61 years Young and it is the First workout that I really like. I am looking forward to start 14 days challange in November. I would like to get your daily emails.   3. I am definitely joining the 14 day workout on November 16th. I can’t wait to see wait can be achieved by the end of the month. Looking forward to a new challenge, and just to say how much I enjoy your workouts Schellea. They can be challenging, but are doable because they are in short busts along with your encouraging dialogue. I will post something again after the challenge.

  4. 3 of us, ages 31, 59, 61 started with your original 14 day challenge and loved it so much we have continued doing it for a couple of months now. We have added in holding weights during the workouts to make the workouts more challenging as we improved our fitness. Wow what a difference these workouts have made in our lives physically and mentally. We are SO EXCITED to start the new challenge!!

    NYC loves you! I just recently retired as a NYC Detective, and the new positive chapter of my life started with the reinvention of fabulous 50+ me. I started your workouts in Sept 2020 right after I retired, and may I say you challenged by body. Love your routines and the music. Today Nov 16, I started your new 14 day challenge and I loveeeeed it. Loved the balancing work outs, and the music that complimented them.
    See you tomorrow for day 2. BTW would you consider a Zoom worldwide work out? Just a thought.

Ive been putting off finding even 30 mins a day to do your workouts which I loved back in the summer, so this challenge gets me back on track. Thank you so much.   18. This is by far the friendliest online program I’ve ever found. I did the Nov 14 day challenge, and made it through very session. I don’t like to work out and I have never been one to stretch, but Shellea is clever enough to trick you into doing good things. I’ve let a couple of other beginner gals know about this and I hope they give it a try.

  19. Hi Schellea. I am following you on You Tube and subscribed your channel about 2 months ago and you are doing me so good. Iam working from home since 16th March, then I went back in June and now at home again due to the increase of Covid-19 cases.
    I am sitting almost all day, my work is very stressfull (Human Resources manager) and I started sleeping bad and feeling anxious. I started 4 days ago your 14 day challenge workouts and I started to sleep better and feeling happier. Your words during the workout are really encouraging and the exercises are great. I always did some type of exercise but not on a daily basis and now I feel the difference. Your downloads that I have been printing and marking each day with a task done are a big encouragement.   20. Love the 14 day challenge have done it twice now and would love to find more as they are already in playlists. Would love to have some longer sessions rather than finding another one?

  21. Hi I found your workouts on You tube and have devised myself a 14 day challenge using them as I enjoyed doing them. I have also roped my parents in to doing them to as I think they’d benefit from these and they’re so doable even for people in their mid 70’s.
