No flour, no fuss, just melted dark chocolate, peanut butter and eggs doing the work a box mix usually does. These bake up dense and fudgy, and the whey protein means one square actually holds you over instead of leaving you looking for a second.

They taste even better the next day, so this is a good one to make ahead for the week.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 scoops whey protein, chocolate
  • 150g (5.3 oz) 85% dark chocolate
  • 100g (3.5 oz) peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine the dark chocolate, honey, peanut butter, and olive oil in a saucepan and melt together, making sure to mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the protein powder. Add the melted mixture to the eggs and protein powder, and mix until well combined.
  3. Line a small baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180C / 350F for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Once baked, let it cool before serving. For best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
Fabulous Tip

Resist cutting into these while warm. An overnight chill in the fridge is what gives them that dense, fudgy texture.
