Good workout though I still struggle with sit ups! Any tips?? I am trying to mix up different work outs 5/7 days per week and really enjoy the mix here.

a tip for the sit ups squeeze your legs together and use light weights I use 1kg it actually helps you to get up with control. I got this tip from a Pilates group I’m in.
