    Thanks for a great quick workout, I felt the burn for sure. I need this excersize because wearing a bra has become so uncomfortable so I try not to wear one. The lockdown helps as I only wear one when on zoom with my church meetings. I need to shift this back fat. I will try to do this each day. Thanks again your a star. Stay safe. Eve in England .
