  1. Absolutely loving these workouts. I am new to this and currently doing the 14 day challenge. I’ve just done day 4 and feeling so much better. I wish I’d started before. Thank you so much for changing my mindset and fitness. Such an inspirational lady. I’ve never managed to do 4 days straight ????????????

  2. Great workouts. I started in November slow and now I do a different 30 minute walk/exercise routine every day plus a 10 minute workout with dumbbells and the 10 minute workout lying on your back for belly/abs. I think Im addicted, I rarely miss a day, thank you
