???? 5 Minute daily stretch warm up perfect for beginners, seniors and women over 50. Join me today for a very quick pre-workout stretch session to protect your body against injuries while you exercise. All my workouts are going to require your legs to be engaged your glutes, your abs, your arms, so we do this first just to warm up so we’re flowing and that’s what we want to do we want to flow and feel good as we’re getting older.
