  • 2 to 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

2. Preheat and prepare

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with a light coating of cooking spray or butter.

3. Mashing and mixing
