Hi schellea, I am trying the broccoli sprouts and experimenting with change.it has been more fun to watch the video than eat the sprouts on a daily basis. I am on day two. The sprouts taste terrible frozen. But I know why I.am doing this and its not about the taste. I am grateful for the opportunity. Could you share some ways that you eat them?
