The term “bat wings” is often used to refer to the excess skin and fat that can hang down from the upper arm, particularly in women over 50 or those who have lost a lot of weight. 

When the arms are raised, the sagging skin can resemble bat wings, thus the name “bat wings.” 

Although most women over 50 worry about bat wings, regular exercise and strength training can help tighten and tone the muscles in the arms, minimising its appearance.

This workout is meant to target and tone your arm muscles, especially your triceps, which are often called “bat wings” because they tend to jiggle and sag. 

You can train your arms to become stronger and more defined with just 10 minutes a day. Tone and strengthen your tricep muscles, and sculpt your arms. This bat wings workout is suitable for beginners and seniors.
